Our associates faced the daunting task of navigating up to twenty external systems when addressing the whole health needs of our members. Improving the ease of access to our members’ information would drive associate satisfaction and increase the contextual understanding of our members, improving quality of issue resolution.

Bringing these external systems into one platform gives our associates quick access to a member’s medication list in real time, their pharmacy benefits and an over the counter (OTC) catalog.

Our associates can now build valuable relationships with our members by sharing with them what benefits they have used and what is remaining; and helping them manage and monitor their medications including offering proactive cost savings opportunities.
